About the Role

The role focuses on creating product and brand demand by understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. It involves creating systems, processes, and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and service. The position requires leading marketing operations projects, managing budgets, and leveraging metrics to assess ROI. The work supports the evolution of retail marketing strategies, standards, and storytelling to deepen consumer relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across global and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans and journeys for stores, from ideation to execution, including writing detailed briefs, managing feedback, coordinating releases to geographies, and providing post-launch analysis.
  • Develop marketing strategies and principles across retail formats, including brand filters, zoning priorities, and visual standards, collaborating with stores, experience, and business teams.
  • Oversee the strategy and training tools for product presentation and visual merchandising standards to drive customer engagement and promote key product strategies.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of in-store signage aligned with promotions, product hierarchy, CRM, and operational needs to enhance the store experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to build marketing strategies that welcome new consumers, engage existing customers, and drive repeat visits, leveraging consumer insights.
  • Conduct market visits as needed to evaluate the execution of marketing initiatives, gather competitive insights, and provide actionable feedback for future planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on retail brand or account marketing.
  • Experience developing retail consumer journeys and programming at retail.
  • Understanding of retail, visual merchandising, marketplace, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Social Media.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs, and working with external agencies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and business acumen, with proven ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or training.
  • Ability to travel domestically.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working closely with global retail concepts, internal marketing, and design teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing retail marketing standards and storytelling.
  • Experience conducting market visits and providing actionable insights.
