About the Role

24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Marketing Operations Lead for this onsite position in Boston, MA. This is an 8 month contract with potential to extend working 4 days a week onsite. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. The role involves shaping and executing retail marketing strategies that bring impactful storytelling to life, drive consumer engagement, and increase traffic and conversion. The candidate will lead projects from concept to execution, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams, global partners, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Be the driver of retail marketing plans from inception to creation, and to execution.
Support larger brand and retail priorities through marketing strategies.
Create distinction and contribute to connected, 365 storytelling across the marketplace.
Lead projects from concept to execution, managing budgets and timelines.
Ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams, global partners, and external vendors.

Requirements

A Bachelor's-level marketer (or have equivalent experience) with 3-5 years in retail brand/account marketing.
Skilled in building consumer journeys and retail programs.
Fluent in retail, merchandising, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing.
Strong skills in communication, brief development, and project management.
Detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative with a passion for consumer brand experience.

Nice to Have

Experience working with global retail teams and vendors.
Knowledge of retail marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to challenge convention and think creatively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in retail brand or account marketing.
