Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day management of the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracy
Assist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficiently
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performance
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelines
Identify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvements
Maintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistency
Provide regional support while ensuring global processes stay aligned

Requirements

Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce and 6sense (or Demandbase)
Some experience using Tableau
An understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contribution
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple language
Comfort working with data, platforms, and process documentation
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills—enjoying being a team player and working cross-functionally
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

Experience in marketing operations or related roles
Familiarity with other marketing tools or platforms

Qualifications

Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Understanding of B2B revenue marketing principles
