Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years as an experienced Marketer with a proven track record of success.
5+ years in marketing operations or project management, preferably in financial services.
Proven leadership skills and expertise in analytics and compliance.
Client-first passion with standout communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Marketing Tech tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, design tools, and journey management software.
Developing insights and analytics and AI operationalization.
Experience in banking or regulated environments.
