Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to convert business needs into technical requirements in order to independently build, test and launch lead distribution, data governance, and sales prospecting related workflows
  • Partner with IT development teams to implement enhancements within Salesforce, adhering to Agile methodology
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting for system related issues and serve as a resource for questions around lead management, marketing and sales processes, and operations best practices
  • Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and other marketing and sales tools to ensure smooth and consistent flow of leads to sales teams
  • Manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, and Workfront
  • Build process documentation, standardize reporting and provide enablement for users

Requirements

  • 4+ years demonstrated experience in marketing operations or similar operations functions (e.g. Sales Ops, Business Ops)
  • Expertise in administering sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach
  • Highly skilled at time-management, is meticulous with details and has high standards for project delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience supporting integrations between marketing and sales tools
