About the Role

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and Technology, this role will serve as a key administrator across our marketing technology platforms—supporting system optimization, AI and automation initiatives, procurement and renewals, and cross-functional enablement through training and documentation. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a passion for process improvement, and excels at the intersection of systems, processes, and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a system administrator for key marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, 6sense, etc.), ensuring optimal configuration and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Manage renewal and procurement for Tier 2 marketing technologies. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure timely renewals and budget alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes related to lead management, campaign execution, and data hygiene to drive operational excellence, enhance scalability, and support business growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered features and automation opportunities across marketing technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, and assist in guiding cross-functional teams to help them utilize marketing systems effectively and follow established processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience with key marketing platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo Measure, Drift, etc.
  • Experienced in managing SaaS renewals and collaborating with procurement and legal teams.
  • Familiar with AI-powered tools and automation strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Proven ability to assess complex workflows and implement scalable, repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and lead/account scoring processes.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and commitment to best practices in compliance and data handling.

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.
