Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack — primarily Marketo, as well as other integrated tools — and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption
  • Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across marketing and sales
  • Manage the lead lifecycle process and systems, from lead capture to routing, scoring, and nurturing
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing page creation, and lead generation initiatives
  • Oversee data integrity, segmentation, and compliance within marketing systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of experience in marketing operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing production timelines across multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing operations roles in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Expertise with Marketo and Salesforce
