Sigma is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to help optimize and scale our marketing systems, lead processes, and reporting infrastructure. This is a pivotal role that will build automations & workflows, implement AI solutions, ensure campaigns are executed smoothly & efficiently, and help clean up & maintain our database. You'll work closely with Demand Generation, Sales, GTM, Data, and RevOps teams to improve how we manage and measure marketing performance—helping us drive meaningful pipeline and revenue growth. Sigma is a cloud analytics and business intelligence platform that enables business teams to explore data, make faster decisions, and leverage AI tools, with recent innovations including forecasting, AI copilots, and embedded analytics. The company has recently raised $200M in Series D funding to accelerate growth and innovation.
