The role of Marketing Operations Senior Manager involves building and executing the operational infrastructure that supports marketing growth and performance measurement, with a focus on campaign management, process optimization, and technology management. This is a remote position for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end campaign workflows across all marketing channels (email, digital advertising, events, content syndication).
  • Execute lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing programs.
  • Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking across marketing automation platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure proper campaign attribution and tracking implementation.
  • Serve as the hands-on administrator for key marketing technology platforms (Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools).
  • Maintain data integrity across all marketing systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Implement and maintain data hygiene processes, including deduplication, standardization, and enrichment.
  • Manage database segmentation and list management for targeted campaigns.
  • Create and maintain data documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and document standardized marketing operations processes and workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain campaign request workflows and project management processes.
  • Establish quality control checkpoints and approval processes for campaign deployment.
  • Build and maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards for marketing leadership.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Support monthly business reviews with data preparation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team on attribution modeling and advanced measurement initiatives.
  • Work closely with partner marketing to track, measure, and report on ROI of partner MDF investments.
  • Create and maintain partner dashboards and standardized reporting templates.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to optimize lead handoff processes.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing, demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams on system integrations and data flow optimization.
  • Support executive reporting by providing partner performance data and insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing marketing operations, campaign management, and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and analytics tools.
  • Strong data management skills, including data accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across marketing systems.
  • Experience in developing and documenting marketing processes and workflows.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including sales, IT, and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting or implementing marketing technology integrations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with attribution modeling and advanced measurement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, content syndication, and event marketing.
  • Familiarity with partner marketing and MDF reporting.
