About the Role

The Summer Student Marketing (Operations) program at Aramco Americas provides an opportunity for students to gain real-life experience in marketing operations within a corporate structure. The role involves supporting crude oil support services in the North American market, including scheduling, transportation, and related activities requested by Saudi Aramco, Saudi Refining, and Bolanter. Participants are paired with a manager and mentor to receive technical guidance throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding Saudi Aramco Crude Oil Sales & Marketing Department 'Saudi Aramco Headquarters' main functions.
Understanding Aramco Americas Marketing Operations' main functions and responsibilities.
Extensive Vendor and Customer communication.
Analyzing Crude Quality & Quantity through Inspection and Loss Control reports.
Reviewing and verifying freight invoices (Lightering & Inspection).
Updating Aramco Americas Marketing Operations manual.

Requirements

Enrolled in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Marine Transportation Engineering.
Interest in gaining experience in marketing operations and crude oil support services.
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
Willingness to analyze reports and verify invoices.
Eligibility for internship course credit (check with academic advisor or university).
