Marketing Producer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives by leading cross-functional project management.
• Partner with teams across Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing to align priorities, build roadmaps, and track progress across multiple workstreams.
• Manage timelines, trackers, documentation, and scheduling while driving clarity across stakeholders.
• Maintain master timelines, distribute weekly status updates, coordinate meetings, document decisions, and identify workflow efficiencies.
• Support the Marketing team's operational success by streamlining workflows and ensuring effective communication.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations.
• Proficient in tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft, and office tools like Keynote, Excel, and iCal.
• Familiar with agile workflows, stakeholder management, and marketing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple, high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing operations, creative production, or cross-functional project management.
• Experience with scheduling and documentation tools and processes.
