Marketing Project Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Traffic digital (key.com) projects from request to completion
• Assign and traffic creative projects from request to completion
• Receive requests through internal Workfront tool, ensure all required specifications are included, and resolve any gaps in information
• Assign requests to necessary internal design, copywriting, web content, HTML, and/or other team members depending on the request
• Ensure necessary compliance approvals are obtained
• Work with team members to resolve any issues to ensure requests are completed within stated timeframes and business objectives
• Partner with other project team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations
• Ensure project scope aligns with stated business goals
• Follow established processes and think of new ways to do work while managing risks effectively
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Bring an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance
• Demonstrate consistent year-over-year improvements in performance
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including marketing, creative services, external agencies, product management, lines of business, risk, legal, and compliance
• Interact with a variety of stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Participate actively in team sessions and projects led by others

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years professional experience in advertising agency, marketing project management, or related fields
• Experience in traditional and digital creative development process, ensuring content aligns with business objectives and is within brand and compliance standards
• Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skills
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
• Strong client focus; efficiency and timely delivery
• Ability to solve problems and escalate as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years professional experience in advertising agency, marketing project management, or related fields

Benefits & Perks

• Eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $68,000 annually depending on location and experience
• Eligibility for short-term incentive compensation
• Eligibility for deferred incentive compensation based on individual and company performance
