Marketing Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Develop and manage commercialization plans for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on project performance, KPIs, and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign execution.
• Champion brand consistency and customer-centric messaging across all deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and product launches.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and integrated marketing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization with multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• MBA or PMP certification.
