About the Role

As a Marketing Representative In House at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for engaging with guests and potential customers to promote the brand and schedule sales presentations. You will provide customer service, handle marketing communications, and support guest experiences to help build memorable vacations and positive relationships within the resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive pre-arrival allocations of upcoming guests, including Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, RCI exchangers, renters, and marketing identified customers staying on property.
  • Call assigned leads before their arrival to offer customer/marketing services and invite eligible guests to qualified timeshare sales presentations during their stay.
  • Conduct in-room calls to owners, renters, and exchanges after check-in to book them on presentations if not scheduled face-to-face at check-in.
  • Provide customer service to all guests, projecting a professional company image.
  • Follow up with guests and provide ongoing customer service.
  • Champion Hilton quality customer care culture across all marketing channels.
  • Handle personal workloads and update reports accordingly.
  • Distribute only authorized information, collateral, and materials.
  • Maintain location operating standards and follow gifting procedures.
  • Support guest and concierge services, assist with tour or marketing issues, and communicate guest needs to resort operations.
  • Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rates.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are being delivered effectively.
  • Build and cultivate a team environment.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and any other days/hours as required by business needs.
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
  • Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and operating systems.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and operating system knowledge.
