About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain offer setups each promotional period for both Loyalty platforms (Speedy Rewards & 7Rewards).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on offer details and intent.
• Effectively communicate obstacles and hurdles to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to create efficiency and drive change to current processes to improve.
• Work with Field leaders and stores to identify offer issues and lead troubleshooting to provide resolutions.
• Work directly with the loyalty vendor partner on a day-to-day basis to ensure offers are migrated to production on time and with accuracy.
• Test and troubleshoot all offers before the go-live date to ensure offer details and functionality are correct before customer facing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, Planner.
• Experience in Retail, QSR, CPG preferred.
• Flexible and responsive in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple and shifting priorities.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—spoken and written—to effectively communicate and influence results from the field to senior management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
