As a Marketing Specialist, you will join the Direct Marketing & Operations team within PNC's Human Resources organization. You will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in the coordination of basic marketing program execution under direct supervision.
Develops a strong understanding of existing marketing strategies and implements established programs/initiatives.
Assists in the coordination and execution of marketing programs/initiatives, strategies and activities including advertising, sales content and internal communications.
Assists in data collection and synthesis to identify trends.
Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.
Follows established processes and protocols including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.

Requirements

Demonstrates appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a marketing role.
Preferred skills include advertising, content marketing, digital marketing, marketing programs, marketing strategies, negotiation, results-oriented.
Competencies include business acumen, business data analysis, collaboration, decision making, critical thinking, effective communication, effectiveness measurement, marketing function, marketing systems.
Typically requires a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
Bachelor's degree is required.
No specific certifications or licenses are required.
