Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates project timelines, priorities, and deliverables for marketing initiatives, including advertising, digital marketing, and communications.
• Supports the internal project management processes related to traditional and digital advertising, creative services, and communications.
• Assists with the development and maintenance of marketing resources, including toolkits, intranet updates, and orientation materials for new marketing directors.
• Prepares content for marketing director meetings, presentations, and communications to align with strategic priorities.
• Tracks marketing program performance metrics and prepares reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Supports the annual marketing planning and budgeting process and assists in monitoring progress throughout the year.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; focus on Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including project management platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
• General knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
