Key Responsibilities

  • Design and support strategic marketing plans, working with in-house and outside resources to create high-impact materials and programs to acquire and retain customers across all lines of business.
  • Design content developed for Sedgwick services.
  • Create designs related to webinar marketing, flyers, promotions, direct marketing campaigns, and email blasts.
  • Strategize with internal division leaders including research, analysis, logistics, and project coordination.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of property, casualty, and disability TPA services including claims, managed care, and ancillary services such as alternative risk to support national marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of experience in marketing or corporate communications design or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, with a concentration in design, marketing, or communications preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated skills in marketing, writing, editing, design, promotions, sales support, and strategy.
  • Electronic marketing skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work within budget restraints.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with layout and design skills.
  • Knowledge of competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to handle work-related stress and troubleshoot problems.
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a bachelor's degree (preferred).
