Marketing Strategy & Planning Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies in partnership with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning.
• Oversee project management of key initiatives and interdependent marketing workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, marketing communications, events, customer marketing, performance marketing, and commercial enablement.
• Own and track project timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and hold workstream owners accountable.
• Facilitate cross-functional status meetings and provide updates to the Marketing Leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Maintain operational frameworks and planning processes that ensure marketing team success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including legal, procurement, finance, commercial, and compliance.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in marketing strategy, operations, or transformation.
• Proven success managing short and long-term marketing projects from inception to execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with senior-level stakeholders.
• Background in B2B marketing environments preferred.
• Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
• International or global collaboration experience is a plus.
• Must be available to work EST hours.
