About the Role

The physician marketing associate will become an expert in understanding the patient and physician journeys throughout the health care continuum and recognize points of inflection and experience. This person will translate service line and site business objectives into system-wide physician marketing strategies and measurable marketing campaigns. They will work closely with service line leadership and marketing channel subject matter experts to build integrated marketing plans across channels. The ideal candidate will have built omni-channel marketing plans informed by data and insights. They will be experienced in digital marketing using various online platforms and tools to connect with audiences, such as websites, search engines, social media, email, and mobile apps. They will have excellent communication/influence skills, and a strong ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide B2B marketing guidance and planning discussions to service line and site leaders to address both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives to drive growth and awareness
Collaborate with cross-channel marketing subject matter experts in building integrated marketing plans that address service line/site business needs and objectives
Support B2B agency partners in effectively planning out campaigns, including tactics, KPI's, and creative
Understand the various patient and physician referral journeys throughout the health care continuum and provide guidance to leaders and marketing subject matter experts in executing marketing/communication strategies
Track, measure and report out on marketing measures to monitor marketing effectiveness and meet growth objectives
