The role of Marketing Technology & Platform Operations Program Manager involves overseeing the systems, tools, and internal collaboration platforms that support the marketing organization, ensuring technology supports business goals, enables productivity, and fosters consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, govern, and evolve marketing technology platforms such as customer experience platforms, email platforms, content management systems, and internal collaboration tools, partnering with stakeholders and users across functions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and governance policies to support consistent and efficient use of platforms.
  • Create platform-specific KPIs to measure adoption, satisfaction, and operational impact.
  • Build and manage platform improvement roadmaps, defining enhancements and working with vendors or IT to deploy them.
  • Research and recommend new martech platforms aligned with business strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Lead implementation efforts including configuration, user onboarding, and cross-functional coordination after approval.
  • Oversee structure, governance, and best practices across internal collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and internal content hubs.
  • Partner with IT, sales, and stakeholders to define strategic initiatives for measuring customer experience and support platform implementation.
  • Analyze customer feedback data to uncover insights, improve experience, and create successful customer interactions.
  • Create and maintain platform training to ensure stakeholders can view dashboards and understand customer experience data.
  • Define KPIs for platform operation and strategic results, ensuring efficient operation and data analysis.
  • Prepare and distribute reports summarizing customer feedback, opportunities, and plans for engagement improvement.
  • Recommend, implement, and manage email and demand generation tools to drive demand for GF technology.
  • Create demand generation campaigns and strategies to nurture existing business and attract new customers.
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and improve future strategies.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital platforms, content governance, or martech.
  • Experience managing customer experience platforms, CRMs, email management platforms, content management systems, or collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and platform integrations.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change and influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the semiconductor or B2B technology space.
  • Familiarity with martech tools such as MAPs, CMSs, CRM integrations.
  • Experience conducting platform audits, user research, and process optimization.
