About the Role

The Marketing Technology Assistant uses technology to enhance and optimize marketing efforts. They bridge the gap between marketing and IT, implementing and managing marketing technology platforms and processes to improve efficiency, internal stakeholder success, and overall marketing strategy effectiveness. This role is crucial for driving business growth by streamlining operations, analyzing data, and ensuring marketing technology best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of management and marketing technology platforms, including CRM, email marketing, website CMS, marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing technology platforms.
  • Analyze marketing technology data to identify trends, measure technology utilization and campaign performance, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing technology stack to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Understand various marketing technology platforms, including Crownpeak, DealCloud, Dispatch, LinkedIn and Google Analytics.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Marketing, IT, external developers and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain firm and client information in compliance with security policies, protect firm assets, and report security events or risks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in the application and management of marketing technology platforms, either through work or school experience, including CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, and analytic platforms.
  • Proficiency with HTML and Javascript a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate as part of a global team.
  • Comfort distilling technological concepts into simple terms for varied audiences.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage short- and long-term projects with multiple parts.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing/editing, proofreading, grammar and research skills.
  • Ability to work in a demanding professional environment, demonstrating good judgment and handling time-sensitive requests.
  • A B.A. or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in standard spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe).

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with HTML and Javascript.

Qualifications

  • B.A. or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing technology.

Benefits & Perks

  • The total compensation package may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
  • Base salary range between $61,000 and $65,000.
