Uber
Uber's CRM team is pioneering how tech and marketing combine to build personalized, intelligent customer journeys at scale. In this role, you'll join a high-performing, globally minded team that moves fast, thinks strategically, and delivers measurable business impact. We value curiosity, transparency, and experimentation—and we're excited to bring in someone who shares that spirit and wants to help raise the bar. Join Uber's North American CRM team and help shape how we connect with customers across our marketplace. As a Marketing Technology Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building and deploying communications to millions of Uber users—including Drivers, Riders, Couriers, Eaters, and Restaurants—via our owned digital channels. You'll collaborate with marketers, product managers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure each message reaches the right audience with the right content at the right time. You'll also help evolve the tools and systems that power Uber's marketing automation at scale—including exciting new AI-powered capabilities that are redefining how we engage customers globally. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, tooling, and marketing execution.
