The Marketing Technology Coordinator will be responsible for the firm's Experience tracking system and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, and all aspects of data quality of those systems. A major responsibility of this role is to ensure complete and accurate data in a way that facilitates accuracy of the reporting tools used to extract data from the systems. The person in this role must have a strong attention to detail and good judgment to help review and consolidate duplicative data and create technology solutions to maintain pristine data over time, leverage automation wherever possible, improve our reporting capabilities. This role requires becoming highly knowledgeable about how data can be leveraged to address business issues and opportunities to assist Foley in improving our competitive position. This is a critical role where outcomes could help impact strategic decision making at the firm. The role also requires building an understanding of leading marketing technologies and contributing to new technology efforts and the continuous improvement of the Experience Database and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operations of the Experience Database including data quality, continuous improvement, customer feedback incorporation into future enhancements, and day-to-day tracking of usage and data input.
  • Track, analyze and report on the Experience database, develop benchmark metrics to track performance, suggest improvements to the system, and find new business opportunities for the firm.
  • Manage a queue of requests and tasks through our management systems and the Experience database to ensure ongoing data input and attainment of KPIs for data quality and data input.
  • Maintain relevant training guides and best practices documentation and training videos related to the system and data quality. Conduct periodic training in group settings and 1:1 to ensure all users are comfortable with the system and have a good user experience.
  • Implement automation, process, and procedure aimed at achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data quality improvement. Contribute to continuous updates to those KPIs.
  • Enhance the firm's ability to extract data from the system. Identify ways to enhance the ability of end users to extract data with self-service reporting tools. Find and implement new ways to improve the value of reports through improvements to data quality.
  • Ensure quality of data across the full lifecycle from input to use to extraction.
  • Provide end user support internally to the Business Development and Marketing department as well as to firm lawyers, assistants, and paralegals. Track support and other work in the firm's tracking systems.
  • Communicate succinctly and professionally with very strong customer service skills.
  • Employ effective time management and organizational strategies to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Highly collaborative and willing to work with others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Knowledge of or experience with professional services marketing, business, or related/similar experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of or experience with CRM systems, electronic marketing campaigns, and familiarity with reporting on data and analytics is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary ranges provided: Milwaukee: $51,300 to $71,800; Washington D.C.: $61,600 to $86,200.
  • Full compensation range based on education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity.
