About the Role

The Marketing Technology Lead, Consumer Marketing at Meta is responsible for managing the marketing technology roadmap for channel optimization and new growth levers across Meta's portfolio of brands. This leadership role involves defining strategy, executing product development, and driving media channel optimizations to increase business impact through scalable marketing technology and centralized data infrastructure. The position operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, offering an opportunity to influence product strategy and deliver measurable growth in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Channel Optimization program, defining and executing the product roadmap for MMM and channel incrementality strategy.
  • Develop impact levers to drive consumer brand growth using the Understand, Identify, Execute (UIE) framework.
  • Outline product features and deliverables based on a clear understanding of channel optimization, MMMs, and incrementality.
  • Leverage data skills, analytics, and domain knowledge to craft effective solutions and develop the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with Software and Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Growth, Media, and Brand marketing teams to land impact on business goals.
  • Manage execution of the Channel Optimization and new UIE programs from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop hypotheses and partner with team members to create experimentation and testing roadmaps, including designing tests and analyzing results.
  • Stay informed on the MarTech ecosystem and industry trends to align insights and anticipate challenges.
  • Project manage strategic initiatives including new technologies, privacy requirements, and existing tools evolution.
  • Create processes to enable the team to leverage new capabilities, document, and roll out key processes internally and to agency partners.
  • Drive long-term growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize channel performance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in performance marketing and analytics industry.
  • Experience working with Marketing Mix Models, Channel Incrementality, and Experimentation.
  • Knowledge of brand measurement, brand survey, marketing analytics, and media data.
  • Experience with APIs, DSPs, paid social, and digital ad platforms such as DV360, TTD, Xandr, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Snap.
  • Proficiency with Third Party Ad Servers (Campaign Manager/Google Marketing Cloud) and rich media technology.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience leading projects in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis for deriving insights from complex datasets.
  • Ability to perform exploratory analysis to answer ambiguous questions with minimal guidance.
  • Experience managing time-sensitive projects and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data querying languages such as SQL.
  • Familiarity with Meta's product suite and global go-to-market strategies.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and performance marketing channels.
