Marketing Web Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Global content management of the product-intensive website, including regional translations processes.
• Ownership of the website Product Information Management System (PIM) to ensure accurate and updated product details across global sales regions.
• Management and strategic planning for Digital Asset Management programs, including tagging and architecture of literature, images, videos, and other assets.
• Leading the launch of portals for external customers and global locations.
• Acting as liaison between technical agencies, team management, product specialists, and IT to support requirements and execute projects.
• Managing and supporting global CMS systems, including creating and supporting digital marketing tools such as websites, marketing automation platforms, sales apps, and microsites.
• Coordinating regional support for website customizations, scheduling meetings, recommending changes, and managing timelines.
• Overseeing digital content delivery through web, social media, and marketing automation, ensuring relevant content connects with customers.
• Setting and communicating content and data standards for marketing technology systems.
• Regularly auditing databases and reviewing analytics data to optimize digital marketing performance.
• Leading and liaising with web agencies and marketing teams for SEO strategies, analyzing reports, and implementing optimizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 10 years with an associate's degree.
• Experience managing product-rich content management systems; experience with Titan CMS a plus.
• Experience managing Digital Asset Management systems; experience with Aprimo a plus.
• Knowledge of database management concepts, connectivity, and data analysis technologies such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, planning, scheduling, and organizational skills; project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in marketing or a related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
