About the Role

Project World Impact (PWI) is a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations and mission-driven businesses achieve their goals through digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (search, display, remarketing, and social); implement A/B tests and landing page improvements to drive ROI.
  • Build and manage campaigns by objective, audience, and product using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track KPIs, analyze performance, and guide data-backed decisions.
  • Create and manage email campaigns in Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct audits, keyword research, and develop content strategies to increase organic traffic and support inbound marketing.
  • Manage both paid and organic content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
  • Collaborate with clients on strategy, campaign updates, and performance insights.

Requirements

  • Must work on-site at our Saint Charles, IL office (not remote or hybrid).
  • 1+ years in digital marketing, PPC/SEM, Google Ads, and client communication.
  • 1+ year with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
  • 2+ years with email marketing platforms and paid/organic social media.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and project management.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM/email tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and paid/organic social media.
  • A/B testing, landing page optimization, and project management experience.

Qualifications
