About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust media marketing architecture for new and existing customers, encompassing targeting and retargeting strategies across various channels such as social media, search, display, and video.
• Lead media activation integration to enable digital marketing through social media and advertising platforms.
• Design and implement real-time personalization strategies across online and offline channels, integrating real-time data streams to deliver personalized experiences.
• Develop and integrate rules-based and machine learning-based personalization models, including recommendation engines, propensity modeling, and next-best-action algorithms.
• Design and implement a Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy, including data ingestion, customer segmentation, profiling, and data activation for personalized campaigns.
• Design and implement a prospect data store, including data acquisition, enrichment, quality, privacy, and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, marketing, business, IT, and UX teams to understand data needs, capture relevant events, and deliver use cases.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders.
• Leverage expertise in MarTech stack including Tealium, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target to develop scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in MarTech development and architecture with a focus on media marketing, customer data, real-time personalization, and CDP implementations.
• Expertise in Tealium, Adobe, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target.
• Experience with CDPs such as Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data integration tools and technologies.
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, data warehousing, and data integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Passion for data-driven marketing and customer experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
• Familiarity with cross-channel marketing and personalization techniques.

Qualifications

• Full-time, contract position with a salary range of $100,507.84 - $121,041.69 per year.
• Work location in Irving, TX / Basking Ridge, NJ, in person.
