MarTech Product Sr. Analyst - Digital Communication Platforms

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics.
• Define user stories and prioritize the team backlog within an Agile Product Team.
• Streamline the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of features and components.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 1+ years of experience enabling, administrating, or deploying marketing communications platforms for large scale cross channel communications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, InfoBip, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Responsys, IBM Watson, etc.).
• 1+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing functions such as channel acquisition, preferences and consent management, customer retention, or cross channel personalization.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with campaign management or marketing orchestration platforms.
• Experience managing multiple projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong critical thinking skills and solutions-based problem solving.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to maintain working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several priorities with strong project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with thorough documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
