Key Responsibilities

  • Develop omnichannel media plans, select media channels, and determine scheduling that support the client's marketing objectives.
  • Present media plans to clients.
  • Ensure media plans are executed as planned and approved, on schedule and within budget.
  • Regularly meet with media and industry reps to develop and maintain expertise on available technologies and capabilities.
  • Manage digital platform spend and pacing, re-allocating unspent dollars based on calculations, performance, and business objectives.
  • Develop Platform Trafficking Sheets by interpreting requirements briefs within the parameters of specific platforms, campaigns, and objectives.
  • Provide recommendations to the analytics team and Media Strategist for changes within bid strategies, audiences, and creatives.
  • Identify platform optimization needs and work with wider media strategy and activation teams to level-set performance.
  • Continually reinforce consumer behaviors in the integrated idea development process.
  • Develop recap reporting to understand and document final campaign performance against goals and critical learnings.

Requirements

  • About 4-6 years experience within digital media planning, agency experience required.
  • Understanding of digital media buying, trafficking, and pacing across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social channels.
  • Experience working with external vendors & partners on media execution.
  • Strong self-management and time management skills.
  • Professional and proactive communication skills.
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet experience.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing digital media campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital media platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Programmatic DSPs, Google Ads, Prisma, and other media planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
