About the Role

The Menu Data Modeling & Tools Analyst at Tillster is responsible for monitoring and assessing internal tools used to build digital menus through data models, reviewing UI enhancement requests, performing product approval testing, and supporting the implementation of menu architecture and standards. The role involves working closely with developers, QA teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful data modeling and digital menu enhancements, contributing to the company's mission of empowering restaurants and consumers through innovative digital engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess the internal tools that are used to build digital menus by using data models
Review UI enhancement requests by performing analysis and define requirements for the menu content installation
Consult with developers and QA, perform product approval testing, and report issues
Review menu architecture and standards by reviewing features with the tenant team, assumptions, limitations, and checklists
Provide support during implementation of menu projects
Implement application monitoring and respond to and resolve application alerts
Create standard menu matrix templates, identify and document gaps, enhance templates, and suggest product improvements
Build data models to assess server, utility, and UI enhancements
Work proactively with stakeholders and vendors to analyze business needs, recommend new tools, and drive project completion
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide product feedback
Design and update Tillster menu data

Requirements

Understanding of graph database technology (a MUST)
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a data model architect
Experience with menu architecture and standards review
Experience with NSQL Database
Comfortable building data models
Experience with UI enhancements
Experience triaging incoming defects for UI, utilities, and servers
Experience performing product approval testing and reporting issues
Fluent in English and able to work with global teams
Highly customer-oriented
Outstanding communication skills
Strong sense of urgency

Nice to Have

Experience with graph database technology

Qualifications

Experience as a data model architect (minimum 3+ years)

Expected base salary ranges from $105,000 to $135,000
