About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, budget, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Mentor and motivate project team members.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, produce status reports and other documentation, identify issues, and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions.
• Build and maintain key business relationships.
• Share lessons learned and project management best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant business discipline(s), project management, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing project budgets and teams of 5 to 15 members.
• Experience with capital and operating expense management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track record of implementing project management best practices.
• Flexibility of using different project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet) and general business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

Nice to Have

• Experience working in the distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is desirable, but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant business discipline(s), project management, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
