Key Responsibilities

  • Driving digital revenue growth and ensuring all digital budgets and goals are met or exceeded with a focus on new local direct business
  • Providing digital training to the sales team
  • Recruiting and hiring sales representatives
  • Assisting Multimedia Executives in presenting and closing digital business
  • Developing sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials
  • Maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success
  • Overseeing digital pricing and revenue forecasting
  • Promoting a winning, positive culture
  • Working at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with Multimedia Consultants and advertisers
  • Collaborating with the Director of Sales on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
  • Managing all digital sales products, inventory management, and pricing strategies

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and highly organized
  • Ability to hold team members accountable to their budgets and goals while helping them succeed
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Presentation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and social media
  • Minimum of two years of digital sales experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital advertising and sales
  • Experience in team recruitment and training
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of digital sales experience
