National Manager, Marketing Media & Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead media planning development from initial segment/product/customer analysis to product positioning, media strategy and mix; includes coordination and communication with all agency partners.
• Oversee development and execution of Kia's digital and social media strategies; manage creative delivery.
• Lead internal teams and external agency partners to optimize the use and impact of data platforms like GMP, GCP, and Sprinklr to improve data quality, campaign monitoring, and audience targeting.
• Partner with analytics teams and agency partners to deliver consistent, actionable reporting on media performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are set prior to campaign deployment.
• Analyze consumer behavior based on marketing data and provide support for data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred.
• 10-15 years of professional experience including 8-10 years client or agency side experience in media strategy, digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and data science.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in media/marketing data strategy or analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an in-house marketing team.
• At least 5 years of direct people management experience.
• Proven leadership in media performance strategy, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation using first-party behavioral data.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as GA4, DV360, Campaign Manager, BigQuery, CDPs, and CRM systems.
• Experience managing media at a U.S. national scale across various channels including broadcast, streaming, digital, social, print, radio, and OOH.
• Strong knowledge of digital, mobile, and social media advertising mechanisms.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong data interpretation, campaign performance analysis, and insight generation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools, including GMP, GCP, Sprinklr, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work occasional travel domestically and internationally, and outside normal hours as needed.
