About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver solutions for complex business challenges.
• Compile and analyze data, document findings, and develop recommendations during client engagements.
• Develop professional relationships with client and project team personnel to ensure exceptional client service.
• Manage time and tasks effectively, take ownership of assignments, and accept responsibility for team results.
• Participate in diverse projects across various digital solution areas such as customer experience, experience design, automation, and marketing services.
• Support automation initiatives, including AI deployment, SAP S/4HANA migration, and process automation.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies, customer experience, and marketing acceleration efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and innovation to client engagements across various industries.
• Interest in sales, marketing, market research, campaign creation, content ideation, or experience design.
• Knowledge of digital technologies, business intelligence, analytics frameworks, and related concepts.
• Strong academic background and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire for personal growth, feedback receptiveness, and interest in digital transformation and strategy.

Nice to Have

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields such as Advertising, Business Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Desired technical skills include advanced communication, critical thinking, research, and analysis abilities.
• Interest in digital transformation, experience design, innovation, and strategy.

• Salary range of $75,000 - $92,000 with an annual bonus target of $2,000, totaling approximately $77,000 - $94,000.
