About the Role

The Non Technical Project Manager at Branex.Group in Warren, MI, is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital strategies across service and parts content, shopping tools, and marketing campaigns. The role involves ensuring a seamless online research and shopping experience by collaborating with creative, marketing, UX, data, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, an understanding of website strategy, digital marketing, and the digital creative process, with additional expertise in user testing, SEO, and automotive dealer tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital customer experience strategy across key digital channels, including the Parts and Service websites.
  • Define the features and functionality necessary to effectively communicate the Parts and Service product and brand story.
  • Manage day-to-day processes and timelines, coordinating with production and creative agencies to ensure timely launches.
  • Lead external agency teams responsible for executing the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with divisions and brand goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and internal business partners to improve the website and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to uphold best practice standards while implementing projects involving shopping tools, websites, and applications.
  • Implement industry best practices, usability research, and customer insights throughout the design and development process.
  • Review analytics reports and provide actionable insights for digital optimization, including A/B testing and Test/Target initiatives.
  • Conduct usability studies, competitive reviews, audits, and benchmarking to improve website performance.
  • Oversee content strategy, management, and asset creation for key site pages and shopping tools.
  • Research, develop, and optimize website content and related digital platforms.
  • Develop purchase orders and collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in digital marketing, website strategy, and the digital creative process.
  • Knowledge of user testing, usability research, and customer insights.
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and related tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with parts and service research and dealer tools in the automotive industry is essential.
