We're looking for a Community Manager to lead Boats Group's efforts to identify, nurture, and grow these conversations. This role collaborates closely with our content, SEO, product, and marketing teams to ensure that community conversations are discovered, engaged thoughtfully, and shared back internally to inform strategy. You'll build systems for monitoring and amplifying meaningful dialogue around our brands, strengthen our presence in GEO search, and bring community insights into the heart of what we build and promote. This is a key role in transforming everyday curiosity into long-term affinity—and helping more people find and connect with Boats Group in the moments that matter most.
