As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier. The Online Reputation Marketing (ORM) Analyst manages Lifepoint Health's facility and provider online listings and reviews to advance the organization's reputation and digital marketing efforts. The role involves executing ORM strategies, managing online listings, monitoring online sentiment, and collaborating with various teams to enhance online presence and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ORM Strategies: Execute established online reputation strategies to manage online sentiment across multiple media outlets and online reputation sites (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.).
  • Business Listing Management: Manage enterprise business listings across various platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency and optimization.
  • ORM Resource Management: Create, maintain and update the ORM resource library to support team initiatives.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor and respond to online comments, private messages, and reviews across online channels and forums.
  • Program Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the reputation-monitoring program in collaboration with third-party vendors, including user management, location updates and issue troubleshooting.
  • Program Support: Assist with vendor module setup, training and collateral creation to enhance the effectiveness of ORM activities. Help manage ORM vendor and ensure all key program milestones are completed on or ahead of schedule.
  • Field Team Support: Serve as account manager to facilities and practices. Provide ongoing support to the field, including technical troubleshooting and guidance as needed.
  • Training Sessions: Conduct live and recorded training sessions for field team members to ensure proficiency in ORM strategies and tools.
  • Track and report ROI of the online reputation management program.
  • Develop actionable reports that show key trends, action items and next steps from online data.
  • Partner closely with social media, SEO, digital marketing teams to ensure online marketing strategy is cohesive and consistent.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the ORM program and gain efficiency.
  • Demonstrate ability to enhance facility's online presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • 3+ Years of marketing experience.
  • Strong digital marketing and understanding of the ORM landscape.
  • Experience with Press Ganey, Reputation Management or similar online consumer experience technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Ability to design and develop solutions to meet requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization, including senior hospital leadership.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of ORM tools such as Press Ganey and Reputation.com.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
