Onsite Marketing Administrative Internship (Fall 2025) in Marriotts Shadow Ridge at Marriott Vacations Worldwide

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform the job duties of the assigned department, such as supporting the marketing team and participating in department projects.
• Participate in comprehensive onboarding, eLearning, virtual meetings with company leaders, and job shadowing.
• Contribute to department projects and learn components of successful Marketing and Sales operations onsite.
• Demonstrate the company's values and core beliefs during the internship.

Requirements

• Pursuing a college degree or within 1 year post graduation, preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or Business.
• Prior hospitality or sales experience is preferred.
• Able to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company policy.
• Open availability for 4-5 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work full-time during the internship period.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in hospitality or sales.
• Interest in completing additional internships with Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a college degree or within 1 year of graduation.
