About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for the development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions.
• Oversee centralized reporting and self-healing / automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven automation to minimize downtime and enhance operational agility.
• Manage and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven automation.
• Strong operational excellence and communication skills.
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, automation technologies, and AI/ML-driven observability platforms.
• Experience with tools such as Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, and Redis.
• Experience with custom application development using Python, advanced analytics, and data science.
• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing global teams in a complex, enterprise environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
• 15+ years of industry experience, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related software engineering discipline.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Agile framework and SCRUM ceremonies.
• Experience in the financial services industry or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of public and hybrid cloud networking.
