About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to the IT development team.
• Configure Payroll system according to business requirements and coordinate with technical teams for customizations or enhancements.
• Provide functional and technical support to the payroll functional team.
• Analyze and design solutions to enhance payroll functionality in Oracle HCM.
• Develop and deliver training programs and support materials to educate end-users on Payroll system functionality, features, and best practices.
• Manage system maintenance activities, including applying patches, upgrades, and ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and troubleshooting payroll issues.
• Perform regression testing for changes to payroll configuration and related application upgrades.
• Work with HR and Payroll functions to streamline, document, and improve processes using Oracle HCM and third-party solutions like ADP and Kronos.
• Provide quality assurance and testing on customizations and reports before deployment.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to configure Payroll systems according to business needs.
• Knowledge of system maintenance activities including patches and upgrades.
• Experience in analyzing and designing payroll solutions.
• Ability to develop training programs and support materials.
• Experience with system troubleshooting and integration.
• Mandatory skills include Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM.

Nice to Have

• Experience with third-party software solutions like ADP and Kronos.
• Proactive client interaction skills.
• Experience handling higher scale and complexity projects.
