Our software is at the heart of navigation and operations, and this virtual position seeks an experienced product marketer to promote our Crew & Fleet Operations solutions to a skeptical customer base, including products like Tail Assignment, Ops Control, and Crew Tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging written and video content that illustrates how our solutions make life easier for commercial airlines, including producing a thousand words of written assets per month and 20-40 minutes of video content annually.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and sales teams to plan and execute demand generation programs, including marketing campaigns, content, and digital strategies to generate leads.
  • Provide sales with tools and resources such as pitch decks and competitive responses to enable effective selling of our products.
  • Create messaging tailored to specific personas and target customers.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop an editorial calendar that communicates Jeppesen's point-of-view to the airline industry, including ghost-writing articles and conducting written and video interviews on relevant topics.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product marketer or product manager for a B2B software company.
  • Portfolio of published product marketing assets such as blogs, videos, pitch decks, guides, or brochures.
  • Experience presenting and demonstrating B2B software products at customer events like conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Experience collaborating with teams to produce positioning statements, messaging, and competitive responses for B2B software.
  • Passion for improving airline safety and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrating conciseness, creativity, and credibility.
  • Product marketing experience pitching complex enterprise software to skeptical audiences.
  • Prior experience with ERP, workflow, or analytics is considered an advantage.
