Outside Sales Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into ADT customers and selling the ADT product and alarm services.
• Mentoring, developing, motivating, and coaching Sales Reps.
• Developing the sales team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations.
• Developing performance metrics for sales teams and monitoring results.
• Regularly participating in ride-alongs and monitoring the progress of new and existing reps.
• Holding regular sales meetings with the Sales Team.
• Maintaining minimum personal sales requirements.
• Performing other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management.
• Leading from the front in business-to-consumer sales.
• Establishing a winning culture within the office.
• Engaging in outside sales work and office work including training and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Effective Time Management.
• Great Communication Skills.
• Experience in Outside Sales Management.
