Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Paid Search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Run Paid Social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct research, testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, and product feed optimization.
  • Set up and optimize Merchant Center, product catalogs, and dynamic remarketing.
  • Build and refine retargeting campaigns (abandoned cart, upsells, repeat purchase).
  • Support clients on platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
  • Partner with account/project managers to provide updates and insights.
  • Translate client goals into clear strategies and actionable campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets, bidding, and creative performance.
  • Continuously test ad copy, offers, and creative variations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively share recommendations.
  • Be present, engaged, and collaborative in the in-person environment.
  • Embrace change and help grow the studio into a more focused, authentic space.
  • Approach each project as an opportunity to learn, serve, and contribute to something meaningful.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience running Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Proficiency with Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns.
  • Experience with product feed management and Merchant Center.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report on advanced KPIs (ROAS, CAC, MER).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to commute to Saline, MI 48176, or relocate before starting work.

Nice to Have

  • Candidates with advanced e-commerce expertise may be compensated at the higher end of the pay range.
  • Experience with active in-person collaboration and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with paid search: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Experience with paid social: 2 years (Preferred).

Benefits & Perks

  • Hourly pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Flexible schedule, but active presence and in-person collaboration required.
