Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to drive qualified traffic.
Optimize bidding, targeting, and ad copy to improve campaign performance.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search with broader marketing goals.
Stay up to date on SEM trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (agency or in-house).
Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4 a plus).
Hands-on experience with keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Google Ads certification preferred.

Qualifications

Experience managing paid search campaigns for 3 or more years.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
