Make & Model Marketing
As a Paid Search Specialist at Make & Model Marketing, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Microsoft Ads. Your focus will be on driving high-quality traffic and measurable results for our automotive dealership clients through a variety of campaign types, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Vehicle Listing Ads as well as Paid Social Ads. This role is a balance of execution and strategy. You'll work within our proven internal processes while also taking initiative to drive performance, optimize campaigns, and meet both client expectations and internal KPIs. You'll collaborate closely with account managers to understand client goals and build data-driven strategies that support them. You'll also work with internal teams to gather creative assets and ensure campaigns meet all compliance, brand, and co-op guidelines. You'll be responsible for managing monthly budgets that range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, ensuring campaigns stay on track and perform efficiently. Your ability to make smart, strategic recommendations is key — as is your dedication to staying current with platform changes, new campaign types, and paid media best practices.
