About the Role

The Paid Social Strategist (Remote US) role at Abe involves developing and executing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies for B2B clients within a fast-growing, innovative social media agency. This position offers an opportunity to work on a ground floor of a new venture focused on pushing the boundaries of social media marketing, leveraging a unique methodology called Customer Generation, and collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve client growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts.
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements.
Build strategies for clients each quarter.
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
Ensure personal productivity and utilization.
Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved.
Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network.
Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Communicate results, create strategies, and execute paid media deliverables for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Requirements

2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B clients.
Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of different Ad Units within LinkedIn Platform such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more.
Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
Strong understanding of Paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Ability to translate strategy into data-driven stories.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client or as needed.

Nice to Have

Bonus for experience in B2B marketing.
Experience with OCT (Objectives, Campaigns, Targets) measurement.
Experience with marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

Established work authorization for the US or other specified countries.
Ability to operate a laptop and necessary office productivity tools.
Reliable internet access and a professional background.
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and interpret written/verbal communication.
