About the Role

The Paid Social Strategist (Remote US) role at Abe, a new agency launched by Directive focused exclusively on social media advertising for B2B clients. The position involves building innovative LinkedIn advertising strategies, managing client accounts, and contributing to the growth of a specialized consultancy within a fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts.
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements.
Build strategies for clients each quarter.
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
Responsible for personal productivity and utilization.
Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved.
Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network.
Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Requirements

2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B.
Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of different Ad Units within LinkedIn Platform such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more.
Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
Strong understanding of Paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
Ability to drive results and measure via OCT.
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and operate necessary office tools.

Nice to Have

Bonus for experience in B2B marketing.
Experience with programmatic campaigns.
Experience with tools like Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar platforms.

Qualifications

Established work authorization and current residence in the US or other supported countries.
Ability to operate a laptop and necessary office productivity tools.
Reliable internet access and ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
