We are looking for a Part-Time TikTok Shop / Social Community Intern based in New York City, NY, to help build meaningful relationships with TikTok Shop creators, support affiliate partnerships, and amplify our brand presence through social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with TikTok Shop creators through personalized outreach, follow-ups, and authentic engagement with their content
Keep campaigns organized and accurate, ensuring all creator content is correctly linked, tracked, and updated in reporting tools
Craft compelling outreach messages and emails to engage creators who have not yet posted or accepted collaboration invitations
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, features, and community developments to inform campaign strategies and drive innovation
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital media, and communications teams to align on messaging and source new potential affiliate partners

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in creator outreach, marketing, and TikTok
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Tribe, and social media platforms
Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy

Nice to Have

Experience with TikTok campaigns and community engagement
Knowledge of social media trends and features

Qualifications
