About the Role

We are seeking an experienced partner marketing lead to drive our developer ecosystem and Niagara Marketplace expansion, as well as Niagara Cloud Suite enablement programs. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end Niagara Marketplace management, creating enablement strategies, executing new programs and ideas, and managing existing enablement programs. Your goal will be to drive the success and adoption of Niagara Cloud Suite within the Tridium channel community and the broader Niagara developer community. This role requires a strong strategic and commercial mindset, channel and developer ecosystem knowledge, and a hands-on approach in the execution of set strategies. You will be at the forefront of creating new programs that will drive the expansion of Niagara business in the cloud space and beyond. This role will report to the Channel Excellence organization and is open in Atlanta, GA, or Richmond, VA locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Niagara Marketplace, including technical resources to drive improvements, dealing with internal and external technology providers, and ensuring smooth Marketplace operation.
  • Oversee commercial Marketplace management, including performance analysis, commercial improvements, relationship management with developers (sellers), and strategies to drive more buyer engagement.
  • Manage existing Niagara Cloud Suite channel programs and drive them to success.
  • Build and execute Niagara Cloud Suite channel enablement strategy, including using Niagara Marketplace as an enablement tool.
  • Drive third-party application ecosystem expansion.
  • Collaborate with Tridium Pro Services on managing and driving Niagara Developers relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel enablement/partner marketing.
  • Experience managing software solution marketplaces.
  • Experience in channel/partner enablement of Cloud and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience working with Developer/ISV ecosystem.
  • Strong experience in building strategic and tactical channel enablement plans and their execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience from Software companies is greatly appreciated.
  • Experience in B2B channel environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce.
